Hello there, My name is Assel, I am a Holistic Life Coach. My Field of expertise: Integrative Psychology; Systemic Coaching; NLP; Business and Management Coach (Coach Akademie Schweiz); Hypnotherapy; Holistic Health Coaching for Women; Yin-Yoga Trainer (Arhanta). All this above mentioned skills and knowledge I combined into a UNIQUE METHOD OF THERAPY - HOLISTIC COACHING FOR ALL WHO NEEDS TO HEAL NOW!
We all face different problems and stresses in life and throughout my own career I had to start my life from scratch few times! Delete everything and START AGAIN! We need to Re-set, Re-focus and Re-start our lives again when we lose our health, senses, when we are done with stresses and problems!

My biggest goal and challenge is always to bring my clients to their high peak performance and achieve goals they set up in their lives effectively and sustain results! All my services and programs are available in Russian and English languages. But the most important - TO BRING THEM TO THEIR TRUE SELF! Oftentimes we live the life, which has nothing to do with us, but with those, who affected our lives very much. For example our parents, teachers or even partners.
I am working with women and families since 5 years and I am always surprised by the magic each of us has inside, which is hidden deep inside, in the heart and which is OPENING ONLY IN THE MOMENTS OF CRISIS! This is the eyes opening moment, when you realise, that your POWER IS WITHIN YOU! You can HEAL AND GROW NOW!
I started my career 25 years ago, worked as a professional designer, entrepreneur, international official, but in 2016, when I hit the road block myself and faced severe panic attacks I started learning about health, mental health and balance. This all brought me to my profession - PSYCHOLOGY. In 2018 I completed CTAS/Coach Trainer Akademie in Switzerland, as a Life and Business Coach, NLP Trainer.
Later I completed Yin-Yoga; Ayurveda and Holistic Coaching for Women programs in Arhantha Online Academy, Holland. I am a Member of the International Association of Coaches and hold professional Diplomas, St. Galler Coaching Model and work as a Systemic Coach since 2018.
In 2023 I got certified from EEIP/Eastern European Institute of Psychoanalysis, as Integrative Psychologist and studied Systemic Family Therapy and Perinatal Psychology. My work is mainly concentrated on Women Health, family problems, kids and relationships. But I am happy to work as a Business Trainer and Focus on your professional goals as well!

I live in Europe, but originally I am from Central Asia. Throughout my career I lived and worked in different places of the world: Kazakhstan, India, Caucasus, Baltic States and since 2008 I am settled in Europe. From 2008-2017 I worked in the OSCE, Vienna Secretariat. I am an International Peace Servant. No matter where I am and what I do.
I am a women who was born in the East, but found myself as a person and my family in the West. We all need a time and space for growth, so for me raising globally as a child, was no other choice! I am a daughter of a Diplomat and he always thought I would follow his career! I did, but gradually I followed my own heart and decided to study Psychology. Building bridges between people became more than a life style, it is now my work and career!
